What you'll do
Our Leading Hands are great communicators who build trust through leading by example. Working closely with our Service Manager, you will be responsible for a team of at least 15 technicians. You'll build relationships with our teams through the quality, reliability and efficiency of your work. 

What your day will look like?

  • Providing guidance and training to your technicians
  • Have great communication with your team and our customers
  • Responsible for carrying out assigned general repairs and servicing work on a variety of agricultural machinery
  • Complete daily job sheets and time sheets
  • Provide outstanding all-round service to our customers
  • Maintain a safe & clean workspace 
  • Supporting your team by providing solutions and encouraging new ideas.
  • Motivating your team and incorporate the Intersales core values, journey and vision.
  • Current Diesel or Plant Mechanic Certificate - Required
  • Current class C (or higher) drivers licence - Required
