Wagga Wagga - Branch Administrator
Our Branch Administrators are responsible for providing first class customer service, building excellent customer relations, promoting a positive environment in the branch and performing clerical duties within the Branch.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Respond to incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff and taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Maintaining high level customer service at all times, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention of all customers
- Collect incoming mail and process accordingly.
- Process receipts, prepare bank deposits and lodge takings at bank.
- Recording all branch employees’ hours on payroll input sheets.
- Assist in maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Filing and general office duties.
- Liaise and assist with various departments as required.
