About us

At Intersales, we are dedicated to providing farmers and agricultural businesses solutions to achieve greater productivity through innovative Case IH and New Holland machinery, supported by leading precision agriculture solutions.

About the role:

Reporting directly to the Service Manager and Workshop Foreman-

  1. Customer Support & Consultation:
    • Provide expert advice to customers on the selection, integration, and optimization of Case IH/New Holland precision farming systems, including GPS systems, telemetry, autosteering, and field management software.
    • Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs and recommend tailored precision solutions.
    • Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of precision technology systems on Case IH and New Holland machinery.

System Installation & Calibration:

    • Installation and calibration of precision technology systems on new and existing Case IH/ New Holland machinery achieving customer-specific field performance outcomes.

Technical Support & Issue Resolution:

    • Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues related to precision technology and related machinery.
    • Monitor and report on system performance, providing proactive solutions to improve functionality.
    • Work with sales team and customer to ensure optimisation of machines and technology.

 

About you

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, have a professional approach to all tasks at hand and have a strong passion for the precision agriculture industry. Customer service is a key value of our operations and as such Intersales places great emphasis on this for all employees.

Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following:

  • A current and valid C-class driver’s license (essential)
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills 
  • Strong computer skills
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Ability to travel, working autonomously and remotely
  • The ability to work within a team environment
  • Experience with products from CaseIH, New Holland
